Hannah Paster
Hannah is the Senior Customer Success Manager within Heritage Tile's Oak Park Showroom. With nearly a decade of customer service experience and a lifelong appreciation for antiquity and the arts, she is committed to serving the needs of the neighborhood, the Midwest, and the ever-expanding scope of fellow tile geeks around the world.
In her spare time, Hannah can be seen shopping at the Oak Park Farmer’s Market or venturing into the big city to visit friends
Jenna Vecchio
Jenna is an Account Manager at Heritage Tile’s Oak Park Showroom, where her background in Interior Design allows her to bring a creative and detailed approach to every project. She works closely with clients, offering thoughtful guidance from concept to completion. Jenna also collaborates with architects and designers nationwide, strategizing on custom tile solutions rooted in timeless design.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys exploring Chicago, finding inspiration in the city’s rich architectural history, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Kathia Ramirez
Kathia's unique blend of community building and creative vision elevates Heritage Tile's Oak Park Showroom. Her family's heritage, coupled with her background in photography and videography, inspires her storytelling approach, highlighting the historical charm of our tiles and ensuring a visually spectacular client experience.
Outside the showroom, Kathia enjoys friendly competition on the pickleball courts and passionately preserves family culinary traditions through written and video recipes.
